PopCurrents is a read-only news site. Reading it is simple, and so is this policy.

What we collect

Nothing, for readers. There are no reader accounts, no comments, no sign-ups, and no contact forms on this site. We run no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party embeds that phone home.

Cookies

Readers get no cookies at all. The only cookie this site ever sets is a single session cookie for the signed-in site administrator in the private admin area, so they don't have to type their password on every page. It is never used for tracking or advertising.

Server logs

Like every web host, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (pages requested, timestamps, IP addresses) for security and troubleshooting. We don't sell or share them.

Links out

Stories may link to other websites, and articles may display images hosted elsewhere. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we don't control.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page.
